Introducing the Vertec Equipment Rental Service
Vertec have operated a small rental offering for our existing customers for well over a decade. Following a significant investment in our rental fleet, we are delighted to launch our new equipment rental service which is available to all providers who require additional imaging equipment for a fixed monthly cost with none of the liabilities associated with ownership.
State of the Art Equipment
Our mobile x-ray rental fleet is comprised of Micro-X Rover Plus™ systems that are incredibly easy to use and manoeuvre. Fitted with next generation, cold cathode tube technology, the Rover Plus can deliver clinically equivalent images at a lower exposure factor, reducing dose to patients and staff alike.
Flexible Contracts, Fast Delivery
With rental periods ranging from 1 month to several years (contact us to find out more), we usually have a solution that will fit your needs. We also understand that when you need a rental system, it can often be urgent, which is why we operate our own logistics service and can have a system on site within hours of a rental agreement being signed.
Nationwide Engineering Coverage
With a modern rental fleet that is maintained by our OEM trained engineers, you can be confident in your system's performance. Should an issue arise, the Vertec engineering team are strategically placed nationwide so that help is never far away.
Ultimate Peace of Mind
All of our rental systems are covered by our platinum maintenance service, which means that the system is fully protected should any breakdowns occur. This means just one simple, pre-agreed monthly cost for the duration of your agreement with us.

Accidental damage (including detector drops) is excluded from maintenance plans. Contracts renew unless cancelled. Please ensure you have read the rental terms & conditions.

Which areas do you cover?
We offer our mini c-arm rental service UK nationwide.
How is the equipment maintained?
All of our rental systems, regardless of equipment type or contract length, are supplied with one of our platinum service agreements included in the cost, which means there is nothing to additional to pay should the equipment need preventative or reactive maintenance. If you have a problem with one of our rental systems, simply give us a call on 0118 970 2100. Unfortunately we aren’t able to cover accidental damage, which is charged at our standard rate.
We've not used the Micro-X Rover Plus™ before, will training be provided?
Yes, because the Micro-X Rover Plus™ is new to the UK market, applications support is provided with all rental packages. For more information, please get in touch.
I don't know how long I'm going to need to equipment for, is that a problem?
Not at all! There are lots of variables involved in estimating how long there will be a need for a particular piece of equipment. Our longer contracts are naturally more cost effective, but once again our product specialists are happy to provide different price information and help you determine the best initial contract length. As you approach the end of the initial contract (no less than 30 days), you just need to let us know whether you are happy for it to renew on the same terms or if you’d prefer to switch to a shorter or longer contract length.
Will I own the equipment at the end of the agreement?
No, your payments are for using and maintaining the equipment during the rental period only. We are always happy to extend rentals and can even arrange multiple year rentals by special arrangement. Occasionally we have ex-rental products available to purchase. If this is something you are interested in, please get in touch.
Do you offer leasing?
Yes, we can arrange leasing of new equipment by using one of our recommended finance providers or a provider of your choosing, simply get in touch to discuss. Vertec is not a broker or a lender.
