Radiotherapy

Vertec are a well established supplier of a wide range of devices and consumables to radiotherapy professionals. Three years ago we decided to formally recognise the importance of this market by creating a new division of the Company, Vertec RT, to consolidate the range and seek additions by asking our customer base to advise on coming trends. One of the first initiatives to come from this partner approach is the introduction of more of the Klarity range of immobilisation aids and consumables. Since then we have added the remarkable Catalyst and Sentinel patient positioning monitoring systems.

Other exciting opportunities come with our new agreements with Dose Point, an up-and-coming high technology German company focused on dosimetry solutions, with a new range of water phantoms and IRT Systems IQM, a device that measures the total patient dose over a treatment regime - now in trials at the Christie Hospital.
