The Ortho350 is the first system of its kind – a digital tomosynthesis solution designed for extremity imaging. By creating high resolution, 3D imaging from quick, low dose x-ray acquisitions, the system has the potential to massively increase the amount of diagnostic information available to clinicians at the point of care.
This breakthrough technology is set to transform how extremity injuries and conditions are assessed. Patients benefit from faster, more accurate diagnoses, while healthcare providers gain a powerful imaging tool that can be integrated directly into their clinical workflow. The Ortho350 benefits from being either desktop or cart based, with no need for room shielding. Deployment in outpatient clinics, radiology departments or community diagnostic centres could drastically improve accessibility to detailed, 3D imaging of MSK conditions.
As Adaptix’s exclusive partner in the UK, Vertec Scientific will be responsible for the distribution, support, and ongoing adoption of the Ortho350 into hospitals, clinics, and specialist practices nationwide.
